All orders from Fun Love are shipped in plain brown packaging to ensure your privacy. The return label will display Apple Distributing, our corporate shipping name. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground or to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and distance from our distribution center. Orders not using USPS Flat Rate Box service are priced by weight and zone.
Orders placed on funlove.com are typically processed and fulfilled within 24–72 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. Delivery timeframes apply to in-stock items only:
Standard Shipping: 4 – 7 Business Days
Priority Shipping: 2 – 3 Business Days
APO/FPO Deliveries: 3 – 45 Days (varies by location)
For APO/FPO addresses, please use the appropriate military format without including city or country names. This ensures your package is routed through the military mail system rather than international mail.
Please note: We currently only ship within the United States and to U.S. military bases.
Fun Love partners with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your order is insured against damage, loss*, or theft. In the event of a delivery issue, you can file a claim directly through Route to receive a replacement or full reimbursement.
*Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed between 5 and 15 days after the delivery date. Claims for packages not marked “delivered” must be filed between 7 and 30 days after the last tracking checkpoint.
Important: Fun Love is not responsible for package theft or delivery issues once an order has shipped. Every package is tracked and scanned with geolocation tracking. To safeguard your delivery, we strongly recommend purchasing Route+ package protection at checkout.
All orders are charged at the time of submission and enter our fulfillment system immediately. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot cancel orders once submitted.
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, all sales are final. Once items have left our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resalable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including toys, accessories, wellness products, or lingerie.
If you purchased Route+ package protection and your item arrives damaged or defective, please file a claim through the Route app to request a replacement or reimbursement.
